SIREN5 is a high-level training program designed for athletes working on Level 5/6 skills in both tumbling and stunting. Built as a developmental pathway for serious athletes, this 90-minute weekly class provides focused, intentional training to help athletes bridge the gap from strong fundamentals to elite-level performance.
This program emphasizes technical mastery, body control, strength, and consistency. These are key components required for safe and successful Level 5/6 skill development.
SIREN5 utilizes a hybrid training format, combining structured stations with group-based work. This approach allows athletes to maximize skill repetition while also developing timing, communication, and teamwork essential for advanced stunting.
Athletes will train in:
- Advanced tumbling progressions (layouts, fulls, double fulls, and specialty passes)
- Level 5/6 stunting (including group timing, body positions, and transitions)
- Jump-to-tumble connections and execution
- Strength, conditioning, and flexibility tailored to elite skill demands
- Drill-based progressions to build confidence, power, and consistency
SIREN5 is open to both current athletes and those outside of our program; however, all outside athletes must complete a tryout evaluation to ensure proper placement and readiness for this level of training. Existing BSA athletes will receive notification of invitation when they receive team placements.
This program is ideal for athletes who are motivated, coachable, and ready to take the next step towards higher-level team placement and performance opportunities.
