Each of our gymnastics classes focuses on progressions and safety in the skills they perform. Therefore, you can expect your child to be in a class for 6-9 months. Please note that everyone learns at a different pace, so their time in a class may vary.
What to wear: Please refrain from camisoles, bras as shirts, and tank tops with large open holes, or sports bras only.

🚀 Level Up with Tumbling Level 1! 🤸♀️✨ Take your tumbling to new heights with our Daytime Tumbling Level 1 class for ages 7 and up at Perfect Balance Athletics! Ideal for homeschoolers who’ve got the basics down and are ready to soar. Dive into advanced techniques, boost those tumbling skills, and achieve new goals. In Tumbling 2, students will continue to improve technique and repetitions of skills from Tumbling 1, as well as introducing the back handspring. Additional skills include:

In Tumbling 3, students will focus on back tucks, front tucks, and standing back handspring series. Students in this class typically have prior experience in cheerleading, tumbling, or gymnastics.
To advance to Advanced Tumbling, athletes must be able to safely and correctly complete the following skills on the spring floor without assistance from a coach:
In Advanced Tumbling, the class will focus on layouts, full twists, arabians, and other advanced tumbling that your child would like to learn. This is our highest level class, with athletes typically having prior experience in cheerleading, tumbling, or gymnastics.
If your athlete is looking for extra practice on a certain skill, we can help! We offer 30-minute private lessons for cheerleaders, dancers, and tumblers!
